Merkaba Attunement Meditation

Merkaba is the energy sphere in which everything exists. Mer means light, Ka refers to spirit, and Ba refers to the body. This Divine conveyance of light connects the soul to higher realms and dimensions of energy and love that exist beyond the limitations of the mind. During the Soul‘s experiences to fulfill Divine contracts on the earthly plane, it accumulates unreleased energetic debris. This impairs the Merkaba’s ability to connect.
