Root Chakra Balancing and Grounding Meditation

The gift of the Root Chakra is trust, which allows us to feel worthy and safe enough to express ourselves and fulfill our unique path. Our experiences of Trauma and FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real), creates an imbalance in our security of our metaphysical, financial and physical self and in our basic sense of survival. In this meditation, restorative grounding  energy will be channeled to unblock and balance the Root.
